Who you are
You’re a structured thinker with a passion for operational excellence and a sharp eye for detail. You combine strategic insight with hands-on execution and thrive in a data-driven environment where accuracy and process matter. You take full ownership of your domain, are not afraid to speak up, and love keeping complex operations running like clockwork.
You bring around 3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon — preferably within Vendor Central — and know what it takes to make a brand stand out on the platform. Beyond that:
- A Strategic Doer: You combine big-picture thinking with the ability to execute meticulously. You build smart plans and love getting your hands dirty in the details;
- Naturally Curious: You’re eager to understand how things work and always exploring new ways to improve processes within the Amazon ecosystem;
- Growth-Minded & Proactive: You’re not one to sit back. You take initiative, speak up when something can be better, and act before others even notice there’s a problem;
- Analytically Sharp: Numbers are your second language. You live in spreadsheets and dashboards and enjoy translating data into actions and decisions. KPIs, margins, and conversion rates are all part of your daily vocabulary;
- Detail-Oriented & Process-Driven: You work in a highly structured way, with a clear grip on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. You know that consistency is key when managing order flows, inventory levels, and platform compliance;
- Collaborative & Communicative: You’re a strong communicator who works easily across teams — from logistics to marketing — and builds solid working relationships, even across borders;
- Bold & Resilient : You stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly when things shift (because they will), and don’t shy away from a challenge.
