Vacature Group Manager Digital Marketing at IMCD Group
Job description
As Group Manager Digital Marketing you will be responsible for leading the international Digital Marketing community. Every country IMCD Group is active in, has its own management team which is responsible for improvement towards customers. You ensure the digital marketing strategy is implemented in the different countries, ensure involvement and collaboration and ensure the sharing of knowledge among the Digital Marketing Managers. In this position you will be Product Owner of the content management system and the websites, make sure that leads are generated and help bring the results of digital marketing to the next level for all countries. To make this happen, you manage the Digital Marketing Manager, ensure that everyone is on the same page and include them in your strategies. You are well informed and experienced in the field of SEO and you know how to set up on- and off-page SEO strategies and perform keyword analyses for the campaigns and the websites. In consultation with the stakeholders, you determine the strategy to integrate the websites of acquired companies. In collaboration with the Data & Analytics team, you set up dashboards to keep track of and report results.
In addition to the managerial aspect of the role, as a Product Owner, you're constantly looking for improvements to the websites. You know how to convince the stakeholders of new online tooling or new aspects to the websites. You also know how to identify use cases and to translate them to back-end requirements, all of this aimed at improving Customer Experience. And as Product Owner of the content management platform, you also provide training in regards to the CMS (Sitecore).

Who are you?
- 3-5 years of (digital) marketing experience in an international environment;
- Fluent in English and Dutch;
- Strong experience in the field of (technichal) SEO;
- Experience with PPC and capable of setting up a strategy;
- Experienced in stakeholder management;
- Proven understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager.
