Job description
As Paid Search Specialist EMEA at Stanley 1913, you’ll be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid search and shopping campaigns across the different regions. You’ll work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and collaborate with the eCommerce and Brand teams to make sure their campaigns align with broader business goals.
You will:
• Own paid search and shopping campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including planning, copywriting, targeting, bidding, and optimization;
• Develop detailed media plans, targeting strategies, and budgets tailored to business objectives;
• Create compelling, high-performing ad copy and continuously optimize creatives to boost click-through rates (CTR);
• Run A/B tests to evaluate messaging, formats, and targeting approaches to drive performance improvements;
• Monitor campaign performance daily and identify opportunities to scale results or improve ROAS;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in eCommerce, brand, and analytics to ensure alignment with broader business goals;
• Use tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to track performance, extract insights, and spot growth opportunities;
• Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends to ensure Stanley stays ahead in paid search advertising.
Your work will play a crucial role in expanding Stanley’s customer base, driving revenue, and elevating their brand across Europe.

About the team
The Paid Search Specialist will report directly to the Performance Marketing Manager. You will be part of a growing performance marketing team covering areas such as paid social, paid search, display & video, and affiliate marketing. Furthermore, you will also work with the wider DTC team, including functions such as the DTC manager, CRO/UX, Merchandising, and Customer Success.
Who you are
You are a data-driven, performance-oriented professional with a sharp eye for detail and a natural drive to improve. You love working in a fast-paced environment, take full ownership of your domain, and thrive when campaigns perform above expectations. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you know how to balance creative thinking with solid analytical skills.
You bring:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience running paid search and shopping campaigns in e-commerce (preferably DTC);
- Proven success with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Channable and Google Merchant including campaign setup, bidding, keyword strategy, and optimization;
- Experience managing large-scale budgets and making strategic decisions to maximize ROAS;
- Preferably, experience running campaigns across multiple European markets with an understanding of local nuances;
- A plus: experience working from a brand-driven strategy toward capturing non-branded traffic;
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with tools like Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio to extract actionable insights;
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously;
- Excellent communication skills and a structured way of working;
- Fluency in English; any additional European language is a plus.

- A job for 40 hours;
- Competitive salary €65.000 - €80.000 a year (including holiday allowance)(based on experience);
- Bonus of 10%, based on organisation and personal performance;
- Contract will be 1 year definite with 1 month probation period and intention after this one year for an indefinite period;
- 25 holidays;
- €3 a day work from home allowance;
- €80 per month phone contributions (this means you can decide yourself how you set up your work phone);
