Vacature Brand Executive at Olam Agri
Description of the role
Olam Agri is looking for a brand guardian to join their global communications and brand team to bring their brand to life for Olam Agri's employees, customers and external stakeholders across multiple channels.
Reporting to the global Brand Lead, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with colleagues across different time zones to position the Company and support business leaders to increase Olam Global Agri's visibility, amplify its messages and differentiate it with external audiences.
You will need to be smart and efficient in your approach, able to juggle priorities and have a keen eye for detail and accurancy. This role is focused on B2B - investors, customers and suppliers.
Your all day to day activities will be:
- Monitoring the global brand strategy;
- Develop the value of the company;
- Manage multiple agency's/supplier partner relations;
- Ensure Brand Guidelines & associated MarCom's templates for both Olam Group & Olam Agri are kept up-to-date and available;
- Arranging internal events.

The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate for this role has at least 5+ years of full marketing-mix experience. You have a proven track record in branding, marketing and you are passionate to work within a dynamic environment.
In addition you are:
- A social person who picks things up quickly;
- A creative thinker and strategic problem solver;
- An entrepreneurial, self-motivated and hands-on person;
- Commercially and financially astute with initiative to drive effencies.

You are a strong multi-project manager. Able to plan, priorities and execute multiple projects to high standards.
